Program Logic and Causal Analysis
Program Logic and Causal Analysis
Real-life programs are typically complex and multi-dimensional and often characterized by a multitude of critical success factors, both positive and negative. Systematic and strategic use of program logic tools and techniques to carry out problem analysis, causal analysis, critical success factor analysis, risk analysis and outcome hierarchy analysis. Under the IRBM system, extensive use is made of program logic to systematically analyse, assesse, and draw up strategies for the intervention program. The PReMaS application also makes extensive use of program logic and more specifically the ProLL Model program logic approach to analyse and address any complex real-life environment. This contributes substantially to the focussing of any intervention program.
